How the day works
We start by learning what you like to drink and eat. Your chauffeur collects you for two or three unhurried tastings at small, appointment-only producers. Meanwhile your chef shops the farmers market and prepares a multi-course dinner at your villa, rental or a private winery setting, paired with wines from the day and a few surprises from our cellar contacts.
Where it happens
At your rental or hotel suite with a kitchen, in a vineyard setting arranged with a partner winery, or at a private home we arrange for the evening.
